Our Services

Selling your business

If you are considering selling your business, you will need professional advice.

We can assist you in a number of ways, including valuing your business and structuring the deal in the most-effective manner so as to maximise the proceeds for the owners and minimise the resulting tax liability.

We have a range of contacts whereby we can discreetly enquire as to the possibility of interested parties for your business, if you are considering selling and/or we can act as an intermediary through which any interested parties can be filtered, so as to ensure that only serious purchasers are introduced to you.

When a Heads of Agreement is reached in principle with the prospective purchaser, we will then work closely with you throughout the drafting of the Sale and Purchase Agreement, so as to ensure that indemnities and warranties requested by the purchaser are fair and reasonable, and are fully explained to you so that you know precisely what your potential liabilities are.
